We got a renovated king suite with balcony and it was lovely. Huge, completely updated and exceptionally clean. Bed was so comfortable. Robes become essential wear. Pool is wonderful and the little cold eucalyptus towels are such a nice touch. The outside area always had available chaise loungers and we had coffee and fruit by the pool for breakfast from the little cantina. Excellent quality. All the staff was friendly and courteous. Spa experience 10/10. Lovely waiting room inside with flavoured waters, teas and snacks. Massage from RMT Tyson was spectacular, I look forward to going back.

We stayed in a recently renovated king room and it was well worth the extra few dollars. The bed was amazing, and the decor was fresh and well appointed. Nice walk in shower and well lit bathroom. We also had a view of the park which was also refreshing! We have stayed here many times over the years and the pool never disappoints. Hopefully the remaining much needed renos in some of the common areas will move along quickly as it’s looking a little neglected in spots. Food in the restaurant and bar was also top notch but the restaurant needs a little TLC in spots. We will be back so hope it keeps improving !

Im not usually one to complain, I'll eat the gross food that I ordered but this was annoying after spending so much. This is the review I sent the hotel directly. I received a facial for $150 dollars. They exfoliated my face with a scrub of some kind - these are not good for your skin, they're too abrasive. Not only that, my face was then rubbed with a hot towel, 4 times, which also exfoliates. So my face got exfoliates 5 times in total. I'm surprised I have any skin left. Please update your process for facials. On the pool deck, I turned my chair around so I wasn't facing the sun. I was told I had to turn my chair around. I spent $1000 at your hotel on room, spa treatments and food and drinks and I'm not even allowed to turn my chair backwards. As well, I am pregnant and my husband tried ordering me JUST the lemonade from the lemonade fizz alcoholic drink and the staff looked at him both times, like he spoke a different language. They could not understand that he just wanted to pay for a glass of just lemonade since I couldn't have alcohol. Find a way for your staff to be able to ring in a different, alcohol free version of your drinks. And finally, Saturday evening, someone was working the front desk and she could not understand any English. I asked for earplugs because room 200, you hear a loud buzzing from outside, and her coworker told me you guys did not have any ear plugs. Then upon waking up in the morning, you hear the stair door, the elevator, the cleaning carts etc. Would have been nice having that pair of ear plugs. And then I had heartburn at 3am and I called down to the front desk to ask if you may have had Tums, I spoke to the same lady as before. I had to ask 6 times, she could not understand. She put me on hold and then told me they only had a first aid kit. Most hotels usually have complimentary supplies in case you forget any. Please implement this. Again, for spending over $1000 dollars at your hotel, I am ridiculously disappointed.

I use to go to temple garden on a yearly basis some times twice a year for several days,it was a great hotel before being sold to the peepeekis Indian band ,they no longer care if guests are happy with there stay or even safe !!!!!! It was a great place 10 years ago,the new owners don't seem to care you have homeless in the halls over all a dirty place ,the pools still nice ,the rest of the place is a 2 star ,stay at a decent hotel where your valued and safe,I'd only go to temple gardens to use the pool!!! I will never stay at temple gardens hotel again. The new owners have ruined a once beautiful place!!!!!

We purchased the Prairie package. We feel that the $500 a night was not good value for the money spent. We did get both dinner and breakfast both days. The quality of the dinner was mediocre, but the service was excellent. The breakfasts were very good. We literally had to hold our breaths to go from the hotel to the spa on the fourth floor because the carpet connecting to the overhead walkway was so foul. The spa pool was very nice as was the wet sauna.

This is a " bait and switch" hotel WHICH IS TO BE AVOIDED. We booked a double room at a reasonable rate for two nights and checked in to find a small, filthy room with scratched old furniture, a bathroom door encrusted with something we did not investigate, and mould and slime in the bathroom grout lines. The complimentary housecoats were the only acceptable items in the room. The hotel would NOT honor their commitment to provide a CLEAN double room at the agreed price, but would upgrade us for a considerable price increase. On checkout the price was IN EXCESS of the quoted price for the new room, and the bill included parking charges that were explained as "computer glitches" but were nevertheless not removed, merely relabelled as something else. We were lucky - other guests who refused to stay in a similar room to our original one were refused any other accommodation because they had booked through *******, and stayed in the room they described as "disgusting" AVOID THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE.

We had a great family gathering. Enjoyed the mineral pool and walking in Crescent Park across the street. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Nice place overall. Pool & steam room were great, drinking water offered at the pool was warm and gross. Had a pedicure - lovely technician, the warming chair was so cozy, I almost fell asleep. Our room was in the main building behind reception - needs to be updated. It didn't feel like a luxury spa hotel.
